If you have made a deposit and your bots do not show the deposited amount, please follow the guidelines below:
- Allow up to two working days for the deposited amount to be activated and available for your selected bots.
- If the activation takes longer than two (2) working days, please contact our Support department during office hours (9am-6pm CET) from Monday to Friday via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is there a delay in activating the deposited amount when starting a bot?
The delay in activating the deposited amount is necessary to ensure a smooth trading experience and synchronization of your account. When you deposit money and start a bot on the BOTS App, it takes up to two (2) working days for the funds to become available for the selected bot to initiate trades. This delay allows for essential processes and account synchronization.
Can I use my deposited money immediately after making a deposit?
In most cases, you can immediately use your deposited money because BOTS enables pre-financing from our available balances on various trading markets. This credit is topped up daily with the deposits of all BOTS users, allowing you to act quickly through the BOTS app.
Why might there be a delay in pre-financing and activation of my deposit?
There are a few situations where pre-financing and activation of your deposit may be delayed:
- Holidays: During holidays, the pre-financing process may be affected, leading to a delay in credit availability.
- Large-scale transactions: In the case of significant transactions, the pre-financing process might be unable to take place with both started and stopped bots, resulting in a delay up to two (2) working days for your credit to be available.
