How can I make a successful deposit and start my Bot?

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of making a successful deposit and starting your bot on the BOTS platform. Whether you're new to the platform or looking to invest in a new bot, the following steps will help you navigate the deposit process smoothly.

1. Log in to your BOTS account:
   1. Open the BOTS app on your device and log in to your account using your phone number or biometric login / Face ID.
2. Access the Bot Store:
   1. Once you're logged in, click on the “Bots” button in the navigation bar to access the Bot Store.
3. Find and select a bot:
   1. Browse through the available bots in the Bot Store and choose the one you would like to invest in. Click on the bot and select either “Start this bot” or “Add funds to this bot.”
4. Enter the desired deposit amount:
   1. Enter the amount you wish to deposit for the selected bot. Please note that the minimum deposit amount is €5 per bot, regardless of the payment method you opt for.
5. Choose a payment method:
   1. Select a payment method from the provided list. You can select from options such as available funds, bank transfer, VISA/Mastercard, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna Sofort, Giropay, or eps-Überweisung.
6. Follow the in-app instructions based on your chosen payment method.

Deposit via bank transfer:

If you prefer to deposit funds via bank transfer, follow these additional steps:

1. Go to the desired bot within the BOTS app.
2. Tap on “Start this bot.”
3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click “Next.”
4. On the payment method screen, select “Bank transfer.”
5. If your last payment method appears by default, click on “Change” to select “Bank transfer.”
6. Click on the “Start a bank transfer” button.
7. You will be redirected to the “Manually transfer funds to your bot” page. Do NOT click “Confirm payment” yet.
8. Open your banking app and initiate the transfer using the information provided on the BOTS' Payment page. Make sure to input the correct BOTS Reference Number of 16 digits.
9. Return to the BOTS app and tap “Confirm payment” once the transfer is completed.
10. If the transfer was successful, click “Yes, it has been transferred.”
