We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to update your bank account information. To change your bank account for withdrawal, please follow the steps below:
- Obtain your original bank account statement: Make sure you have access to a bank statement that confirms your existing bank account details. This statement should clearly display your name and surname.
- Obtain your new bank account statement: Obtain a bank statement for the new bank account you wish to use. Similarly, this statement should include your name and surname for verification purposes.
- Locate your BOTS account username (User ID): Log in to your BOTS account, and click on the “Profile” menu. From there, select “Account holder”. On this screen, you will find your BOTS account username (User ID). Make note of this as it will be required for the bank account change process.

Contact our Support Department: Send an email directly to support@revenyou.io. It’s important to use the e-mail address associated with your registered BOTS account to ensure a smooth verification process. In your e-mail, provide the following information:
- Your BOTS account username (user ID), click on “Profile” menu, then select
“Account holder” and your user ID will be visible on this page. - Attach both the original bank account statement and the new bank account
statement - Clearly state your request to change your bank account for withdrawal. (IBAN)
