Step-by-Step Guide:
- Update to the Latest Version: Before you can verify your bank account, ensure that you have the latest version of the BOTS app installed in your device. If you are unsure about your app version, please visit the official App Store or Play Store, depending on your device, and download the latest version.
- Log in to Your BOTS Account: Launch the BOTS app on your device and log in to your BOTS account using your linked phone number. Once you're logged in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard.
- Access “Assets & Payments”: Tap on the “Profile” menu located in the upper-right corner of your home screen.. In the menu options, the second section will be the “Assets & Payments”.
- Transfer Methods: Under the “Assets & Payments” section, locate and select “Transfer Methods”.
- Add Bank Account: Select the “Add bank account” option.
In this screen, you can verify your withdrawal bank account:
- Name Holder: Add your name as shown on your bank card

IBAN: Fill in without any spaces. If needed, contact your bank for your IBAN number.
- It’s important to highlight that for successful verification, your IBAN needs to be a personal account in your name and not a corporate bank account.
- The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is a standardized international numbering system used to identify bank accounts. It helps ensure accurate routing and processing of international transactions.
- To calculate your IBAN, you can use the following steps:
- Visit www.iban.com.
- Select the “Calculate IBAN” option.
- Choose your country from the provided list.
- Enter the requested details, such as your account number and bank code.
- Click the “Calculate” button to obtain your IBAN.
If you encounter any difficulties or have specific questions regarding the calculation of your IBAN, we recommend contacting your bank or financial institution directly. They will have the most accurate and up-to-date information about your account and can provide you with your IBAN.
- Bank Card: Make a clear picture of it, showing your name and card number
- Selfie: Make sure your face is fully visible
- Tap on “Verify bank account” and you’re all set.
It may require up to 48 hours to verify and elaborate on your request.
