We understand that you may have decided to close your BOTS account and delete your data from our system. We value your feedback and would like to know if there is anything else we can do to improve your user experience before you proceed with the account deletion. You can either leave feedback within the app by following these steps, or you can contact our Support Department directly at support@revenyou.io:
- Launch the BOTS app and log in to your account
- Tap on the “Profile” menu located in the upper-right corner of your home screen.
- Scroll down until you find the “Support” section, then click on “Help & Support”.
- Tap on “Feedback” to provide a rating for your experience, which can greatly assist us in improving our app.
However, if you still wish to delete your account, here are the steps: (please ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of our app, if you don’t have the latest version kindly visit the official App Store or Play Store to download and install the newest version before proceeding with the account deletion)
- Launch the BOTS app and log into your BOTS account.
- Go to the “Profile” menu located in the upper-right corner of your home screen.
- Navigate to the “Account Settings” section, and select the option labelled “Account holder” (your name)
- On the subsequent page, you will notice the “Delete my account” option, which is highlighted in red colour.
Please note that if you have a date-locked promotion (Freemium10), you will only be able to withdraw the “Available funds” without the locked promotion. The locked promotion will be forfeited upon account deletion.
If you encounter any issues during the account deletion process or are unable to delete your account by yourself, we can assist you manually. For us to proceed with manual deletion, we require the following details from you:
- Your full name and surname.
- A copy of your ID document (front and back).
- The remaining “Available Funds” in your BOTS account.
To initiate the manual account deletion process, please fill in the necessary details in the Legal Agreement provided below and send it back to us:
“I, [YOUR NAME AND SURNAME], with the included ID copy, agree to the removal of my BOTS account connected to the email [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS LINKED TO YOUR BOTS ACCOUNT]. I understand that upon account removal, all my information and available funds, including any promotions, will be permanently deleted from the BOTS system. I also acknowledge that this process is irreversible, and I waive any claims or actions against BOTS as per this agreement. To ensure I do not lose the funds on my account that I have requested to be deleted, I, [YOUR NAME AND SURNAME], with the email address [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS LINKED TO YOUR BOTS ACCOUNT], request that the funds be MANUALLY TRANSFERRED by the BOTS Team to the following IBAN: [IBAN NUMBER].”
Kindly forward the aforementioned information from your registered BOTS account email address (the email linked to your account) directly to our Support Department at support@revenyou.io.
Important Note: Please ensure that the email address and IBAN you provide in the Legal Agreement are the same ones linked to your BOTS account. If you happen to provide a different IBAN that is not in our system, you will also need to submit a bank statement for that IBAN, displaying your name associated with the bank account.
Regarding the need for your ID card and IBAN information again, we require them as an additional security measure. Verifying your ID card ensures that the deletion request is genuinely coming from you and not a third party. Confirming your IBAN ensures that it corresponds with the one on file, allowing us to transfer any remaining funds to the correct bank account.
