I am unable to withdraw funds from the BOTS app with the error message: "Withdraw payment issue: At this moment, your promotion account boost is locked for withdrawal.” What can I do to withdraw the money I invested?

When you are a Freemium user, this free €10 has a 6-month locked period before a withdrawal is allowed, as the purpose of it is to allow users to try out the BOTS platform before they invest their own money. This means you can not withdraw this €10 until 6 months have passed. If you have deposited more funds from your own money, we have 2 options in order to withdraw the funds you have invested.

A. You can withdraw €11 less (10 + fluctuation) than the amount you’re trying to withdraw (if it’s more than €10,) and then withdraw the rest once the promotion unlocks.

B. Wait until the unlock date (6 months after the date you got the freemium bonus,) and withdraw the total amount then.
