I changed my e-mail and would like to update it in my BOTS account as well. Can you please help me?

We have a solution for you in order to change your e-mail address in your BOTS account. Please contact our Support department at support@revenyou.io from the e-mail address linked to your BOTS account with the following details:

⦁ Date of birth

⦁ Place of residence

If you don’t have access to your old e-mail address for any reason, then please make sure you send us a change request from your new e-mail address by including the following details:

⦁ Date of birth

⦁ Place of residence

⦁ Copy of your ID document

The elaboration of the change request can take up to 2 business days. We will contact you when the details have been changed or if we need more information.
