How can I verify my bank account for withdrawal?

Verifying your payment method for withdrawal is easily done within a few minutes! Keep your bank card ready, but remember, you can only verify one!

Go to Payment methods, you will find this through the menu ‘More’.

• Click on ‘Payment settings’.
• Click on ‘Payment methods'.

On this screen, you can verify your withdrawal account.

• Name holder --> add your personal name noted as on your bank card here.
• IBAN --> Fill in your IBAN account number without spaces, if needed, contact your personal bank for your IBAN number.
• Bank card photo --> Make a clear picture of your bank card showing your name and card number.
• Selfie photo --> Make a clear selfie.

After this, click 'confirm' and you're all set!

Now you're set to make a withdrawal.
