Can I change the bank account that I withdraw money to?

In order to change your bank account, please contact our support department with the following information:

  1. Original bank account statement
  2. New bank account statement
  3. ID
  4. BOTS account username (Click on the “More” menu, then select "User")


Please make sure these include your first name and surname.
