Do not worry, forgetting your passcode can happen! You can easily solve this in the app via "Forgot passcode".
Passcode forgotten
Step 1: Start the BOTS app.
Step 2: Click on the three dots in the upper-right section of the screen.
Step 3: Click on "Forgot passcode".
Step 4: Fill in your personal details.
Step 5: Check out the latest transaction to or from the BOTS app in your bank account. Check the description of this transaction in your bank app or on the site, write this code down somewhere.
Step 6: Fill in the code you have written down at transaction ID in the BOTS app, you only have to fill in the first part of the code (16 digits consisting of numbers and letters).

Hello, my bank has a different kind of transaction ID as they said, can I send the other one?
Up to now, I haven''t made a transaction yet, therefore I'm not able to give you a transaction I'd.
It simply doesn't work. Asking the helpdesk, I got instructions to change my password. That doesn't really help either.
How can i log in to my account? My last transaction was in bot account.
