Do not worry, forgetting your passcode can happen! You can easily solve this in the app via "Forgot passcode".
Step 1: Start the BOTS app.
Step 2: Click on the three dots in the upper-right section of the screen.
Step 3: Click on "Forgot passcode".
Step 4: You will be sent an email with a temporary passcode and a reset link
Step 5: Enter the temporary passcode in your BOTS app.
Step 6: Enter a new passcode and confirm this new passcode.
