You can easily check your deposited and withdrawn amounts in the BOTS app by following these steps:
- Log in to your BOTS account.
- Click on the “Profile” menu located within the app.
- In the “Profile” menu, find the “Assets & Payments” section.
- Click on the “Transfer history” option within this section.
What information can I find in the “Transfer history” section?
In the “Transfer history” section, you will find tabs for both “Deposits” and “Withdrawals.” These tabs allow you to view the details of your transactions, including the deposited or withdrawn amounts and their respective statuses (such as approved, pending, or cancelled).
How do I access my deposit history?
To access your deposit history, click on the “Deposits” tab within the “Transfer history” section. Here, you will find a list of all your deposits and their relevant information.
Can I view my withdrawal history as well?
Yes, you can view your withdrawal history. Simply click on the “Withdrawals” tab within the “Transfer history” section. This tab will display a comprehensive list of all your withdrawals and their corresponding details.
What if I want to review the status of a specific deposit or withdrawal?
To review the status of a particular deposit or withdrawal, locate the transaction in the respective “Deposits” or “Withdrawals” tab. You will find the status of each transaction listed alongside it. The statuses can include “Approved”,”Pending”, “Cancelled”, and more.
